Photo Booth Rental Costs: What to Expect

Last reviewed: July 18, 2026

Electric Photoland photo booth rentals start at $950 for three hours. The final price depends on the type of experience, event length, printing, custom design, venue logistics, travel, and the number of guests you want to move through the booth.

This guide uses our current starting prices for events in Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, and the Inland Northwest. It is meant to make the first budget conversation easier. Your actual quote will reflect the date, venue, schedule, creative scope, and service you choose.

Electric Photoland starting prices

Need several photo moments, deeper branding, or a custom guest experience? Our corporate retreats and brand activations are scoped around the brief rather than forced into one standard package.

What changes the cost of a photo booth rental?

Event duration and schedule

More active booth time usually means more staffing and a longer equipment commitment. Setup, teardown, venue access, and an event that runs across midnight can also affect the plan. Our standard Photo Booth and 360 Booth starting prices cover three hours of service.

The type of photo experience

An open-air Photo Booth, a moving 360 video, an enclosed Classic Booth, and an immersive Teleportrait set do different jobs. They use different equipment, footprints, staffing plans, and creative production. Compare the experience first, then compare price.

Printing and guest takeaways

Digital sharing and physical printing are different production plans. Wedding packages include printing, and Classic Booth is built around printed photo strips. For other events, the print format, quantity, layout, and pace can change the quote.

Custom artwork, backdrops, and branded details

A standard design is simpler than an event that needs custom artwork, a made-for-the-room backdrop, branded video treatment, or printed pieces. Send the invitation, mood board, campaign, or brand guide early so we can price the actual creative work instead of guessing.

Venue access, power, internet, and guest flow

Stairs, elevators, loading windows, long equipment moves, tight setup schedules, power access, and reliable venue internet all matter. Placement also affects guest flow. A booth hidden in the wrong corner may cost the same to rent but do far less for the party.

Travel and event location

We are based in Spokane and regularly work in Coeur d’Alene and North Idaho. Events outside the core area may require travel and logistics planning. Explore our service areas and include the exact venue when you request a quote.

Guest count and throughput

A 75-person dinner and a festival with thousands of guests need different plans. Guest count helps determine service length, placement, staffing, output, and whether one photo moment is enough. The goal is not simply to fit a booth in the room; it is to keep the experience moving.

What is included in a professionally staffed photo booth?

Exact inclusions vary by service, but Electric Photoland plans the event with you, brings the selected equipment, handles delivery, setup and teardown, and provides an EP Crew Member to run the experience. Your quote should clearly state the active service time, output, artwork, backdrop, printing, travel, and additions that are included.

That clarity matters when comparing companies. Ask who will staff the booth, whether setup time is separate from active booth time, what happens if equipment fails, whether the vendor carries insurance, how guests receive their images, and which design or travel costs are already included. Our companion guide explains what to look for in a photo booth company.

Why one price cannot describe every event

At Tito’s at Blessing in Disguise, our team designed and executed the guest space, photographed attendees, and printed more than 500 stylized 8x12 posters during a 15,000-person festival at ONE Spokane Stadium. That is a different production scope from a three-hour company party.

For Community Cancer Fund’s The Showcase in Coeur d’Alene, we have delivered a cohesive multi-day program with step-and-repeats, 360 Booth, Photo Booth, Classic Booth, and roaming photography. The quote reflects the number of experiences, venues, schedules, and crew involved.

Quick answers about photo booth pricing

What is Electric Photoland’s lowest starting price?

Photo Booth starts at $950 for three hours. The exact quote depends on the event and selected additions.

Is three hours enough for a photo booth?

It can be. The right service length depends on the guest count, event schedule, and when people will actually use the booth. Share the run of show and we will help plan the active time around the party.

Does every photo booth package include printing?

No. Wedding packages include printing, and Classic Booth is centered on printed strips. Printing for other experiences depends on the package and event plan.

Can a company customize the booth?

Yes. Depending on the experience, custom options can include artwork, a backdrop, print design, video overlays, branded details, or a larger activation concept.

How do I get the exact price for my event?

Use the instant quote builder with your date, venue, guest count, and preferred experience. You will see the available options for the event and can save the quote or continue with the booking process.

Start with the room, the date, and the people

A good quote should tell you what guests will experience and what the team will handle, not just give you a number. Build your Electric Photoland quote, or begin with the services above if you are still deciding which booth belongs at the party.
